"Love the shower, amazing water pressure. Good coffee in room, needs to provide at least 2 more liquid creamer pods. Parking in garage is great, but. Or obvious at first, had to repark but garage is easy and close."

This was nothing they had control over, but it was disappointing after a long drive to have to drive around Dallas for a couple more hours waiting for the power to return. "We were in town for an event at the convention center, which is a very close walk. The room and lobby and bathroom was very clean and all the staff were kind. The only downside was the wifi didnt work well, to the point I called for assistance. That person was also very kind and patient and fixed the problem... but the fix only worked for 2 hours and i couldn't get it working again. "Overall great stay, especially for the price. Was here for a volleyball tournament and the location was great for getting to the convention center, the West End, and restaurants in the area. Service was very friendly and helpful. Was not a fan of closing the restaurant early to set up a night club and the pool was closed while we were there, but other than that, would highly recommend."
