「The pool and the gym is on other hotel properties to include the breakfast area. It would be more pleasant to have breakfast at the same facility. Clear directions to the available pool areas would be helpful. The desk manager stood at the desk and point to areas that are unfamiliar. We were only able to find one of the pool areas available to us. The hotel rooms and facilities were perfect for our trip.」

「Second year going to Blend Aqua Club hotel, and it’s still a great place to spend the vacation. Pools and aqua park are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good. So overall it’s a good value for the money. However this year the shuttle bus was terrible, the bus does one trip every 15-20 mins, which lead to more people waiting then everyone starts pushing and fighting for a seat. It was frustrating, and I was relieved on the last day that I won’t have to take that bus again. It’s...
