“We checked in but didn’t stay here. We gave the key back as soon was we reached our room, this is a sports bar which is fine if you are told this when booking. The rooms are filthy with stained bedding. We Asked for a refund as we needed to stay elsewhere but have not had any feedback from them or expedia. Not a happy customer as we use Expedia regularly. They need to look at who they endorse and refund when appropriate.”

However, the listing on hotels.com says it is an entire home and despite clarifying with their agents they said this is an independent cottage. This is not the first time they mislead us. The accommodation was good and the hosts were great but the details on hotels.com is not accurate. If you are expecting a while cottage you’ll be disappointed. ”
