“We loved our stay at horta garden. We generally like to interact with locals and have peace and quiet so that we can rest after doing outdoor activities all day. Horta garden fit that explanation perfectly. The Cafe downstairs is convenient and there are tons of local food options close by. This hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the scuba diving shop and I thought it might be an issue, but honestly we loved the walk in the early mornings. There is no lift in the hotel and we were lucky enough……

“This was a no-frills, simple hotel. It was a great value, and was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were so kind, and laid back. The view from the patio in our room was lovely. The shared kitchen area was a nice place to cook a meal, and there were three adorable cats around the property who we loved petting. The location was great for exploring various parts of Pico. ”

“Nous avions le logement « Pico Terrace view ». Il s’agit du petit chalet. Celui-ci est charmant avec une vue magnifique. Le lit est très confortable. Le canapé lit nous a convenu. La salle de bain (douche) comprend tout ce qu’il faut (savon, sèche-cheveux, serviettes…). Il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner: huile, vinaigre, sel… Des dosettes de café et du thé sont également à disposition. L’ensemble du logement est d’une propreté remarquable et de très bon goût. “Le lieu est magnifique : en pleine nature, entouré de vignes et bercé le matin par le chant des oiseaux. Les différentes vues sont inoubliables, que ce soit sur le mont Pico ou sur la mer. Le chalet est très confortable, bien équipé et parfaitement agencé. Seul petit détail qui pourrait être ajouté : un étendoir intérieur pour les jours de pluie. La piscine avec vue est un vrai plus également. ”

“House is in quiet place, full of nature. I received a really big house, fine in the appearance, very clean and completely fournished. Comfort was at top and all was working perfectly. Also garden an swimming pool were very good. Host was really polite and full of attention, providing an appetizing breakfast. If obly also some vegetables had been added, no possibility of improvement woulf have left! Perhaps a car to reach is needed, but it is strongly recommended for a comfortably full immersion……

“Great location, clean, comfortable bed. Only issue was that there is no full time reception, at least in the off-season, so when I went to drop my bag off without notice, nobody was there. But they were very responsive and let me in quite quickly.”
