"The lady on reception was very friendly and very helpful."

"Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."

"It’s the second time I have stayed there. It is very convenient, parking opposite rooms are a good size. Sadly I had a very noisy couple arguing above me which was extremely annoying but when I rang the front desk at 4am they dealt with it very quickly "

There's always loads available and boiling water too, and as the hotel is so small it's really not a bother to get tea or coffee in the morning or any time in the day! "It is set in beautiful grounds, part of the Nottingham University campus and we found it to be very quiet, almost serene. There is an outdoor sitting area overlooking a lake. It is slightly unusual in comparison to a regular hotel, the layout is obviously geared to meetings and conferences but not an issue. The reception area doubles up as a bar in the evening. "The guy at the reception was amazing me and my friend love him he was njce to talk to and make some jokes with. The rooms were sightly cold especial that the bed by a window that isnt properly secured so you coukd feel cold wind, luckily there was warm air conditioning available. "
