Totally unsatisfied with Expedias communication process and the hotels inability to receive digital payment offered to them by Erica from Expedia. I spent my 2 nights disputing with Expedia regarding this issue and it was still not resolved by the time I checked out. 「The rooms were not like the rooms looked on photographs. Not worth the money they ask. Could have booked a better hotel with the same Amount of money if walked here to get it. 」

「Although the property was clean and good infrastructure but the staff especially the dining and breakfast buffet staff was below average ie just doing formality. Breakfast buffet spread was not consistent as well as not checked. If an item got finished they didn’t even cater to refill even when when there were about 4-5 rooms only occupied at the time if our stay.」
