“Small basic room. Even though I paid for an executive room. No shampoo or soap or hand towels in a tiny bathroom. No darkness to sleep in. Too much light coming from a:single layer curtain. Bed was ok. Location was ok. Staff tried to cooperate but had no resources to help with. Staff was fighting with drunk people trying to enter the property. It is a 1 or 2 star guesthouse type of property. Not a 3.5 star hotel as advertised on Orbitz. They must do due diligence before listing properties……

“I raised the complaint about this property as well but Expedia didn’t take any action till now.”

“Very rude staff member Sanju, said Expedia paid them less than one nightly rate for my 2 nights stay. Totally unsatisfied with Expedias communication process and the hotels inability to receive digital payment offered to them by Erica from Expedia. I spent my 2 nights disputing with Expedia regarding this issue and it was still not resolved by the time I checked out. Also, I don’t understand why Expedia is listing this as a hotel for its clients, this location is a banquet hall where they host……

“The rooms says sleeps 4. But the 2 additional people are expected to sleep on matteress on floor. The rooms aren’t well cleaned and maintained. There was towel, handwash and bodywash provided. There can be additional disturbances like someone ringing your doorbell at midnight as the room bells are all in one line and is confusing for people. Not worth 3k”

“Arrangement for transport required. No table chair in room.”

“The rooms were not like the rooms looked on photographs. Not worth the money they ask. Could have booked a better hotel with the same Amount of money if walked here to get it. ”

“Pro: Outstanding value, large and clean rooms, central location, proximity to airport, reasonably priced restaurant; Con: few western choices in breakfast, worn out fixtures in bathroom, difficult to walk in neighborhood (or just to cross the road). Hotel staff could have offered to top-up mobile phone accounts for customers.”
