「First off, I love traveling to Alaska. The location of this hotel was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The only issue we had, no hot water, talk about a disaster. We got refunded for 2 of our 4 night stay. Because location was ideal, I would book again.」

「The place is been renovated and a work in progress. Room was excellent but no ice machines or ice trays yet. We’re told that would be fixed. The view comes with road noise but worth it. Would stay again once renovations are completed.」

「The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas.」

「The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The room was clean and comfortable having a washer and dryer in it. The facility is dated in the hallway and the furniture is old, dented and scratched. The gym was tiny and we shared a queen size bed for there’s no King size available. The location is great for there’s a park close by with a long walkway along the water to downtown.」
