「The connecting room had little blockage of the sound from noisy neighbors. The neighbors were noisy late at night and early in the morning. Staff did nothing to alleviate. The neighbors didn't answer the door nor quiet when knocking on the door.」

「The room is spotless, and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing. This is the best hotel in town. Nothing compares. I travel for work and have stayed at every hotel in Juneau. I will be picking this one every time from now on. 」

「The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas.」
