「We loved the view of the river. The staff was kind and helpful. We used the shuttle for picking up and dropping off our rental car and getting to the train station the next morning. Breakfast was very nice but not included. The waiter provided excellent service. The bathroom tub caulking was moldy black and pink along with a slightly moldy bathmat. Both needed replacing. Also the shower head was broken causing uneven flow. There was no microwave which we had in the room in our previous stay....

「The room wasn't properly cleaned. The sofa bed had a dirty mattress with clothes from another guest on it. The carpet was a bit dirty. The extra sheets were crumpled and stuffed in a bag.」

「Noisy a/c. Scratchy sheets.」

「Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch.」

「This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.」

「I had a paid reservation at this Bed and Breakfast and when I arrived no one answered the door, or the phone. There were piles of snow blocking street parking and the walkway, and stairs were covered in snow and ice. I ended up having to make a reservation at the Embassy Suites.」

「very clean and well kept.」
