“I was in unit 321 and had a view of the ocean. It was a nice view for a view room. Pros: great location, it is a pretty property right next to the ocean and a 5 mile walking path, next to the marketplace with shops and restaurants, comfortable bed, great amenities that included a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, mini refrigerator, nice big tv, the room was clean, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The water may be to rough to swim at……

“Grounds were immaculate and staff was very responsive to requests. ”

“The property itself is beautiful and everything went smoothly at first. However, there were significant issues that impacted our overall experience. We saw multiple roaches in the unit, which was concerning from the start. On our last evening, the unit flooded due to an adjacent rooms problem. We had maintenance in and out for several hours, disrupting our evening. While the issue was eventually addressed, there was no meaningful compensation for the time we were impacted, no move to another……

“房間很大預定時介紹2房入住時發現有3間房間可住6人,價格便宜,廚房很大各種餐具及廚具都齊全, 甚至有小包的調味料可使用! 房間面海VIEW很好,但是有點潮濕且整個客廳房間都鋪滿地毯,感覺有踩起來也有點潮濕,房間無空調但是很通風不悶熱,只是入睡時外面海浪很吵,風聲也大! 天氣好時在陽台可觀星,滿天星空很美~”

“Beautiful and well-appointed condo right on the ocean with excellent staff to care for our needs!”

“We booked a two bedroom, two bath unit. Before arriving I received an email stating that the two bedroom was no longer available. I replied with a follow up question which went answered. When we arrived, we discovered the only bedroom faced the parking lot-not the ocean. Had we known this, we likely would have cancelled our reservations. The unit itself was a bit dirty. Housekeeping was very helpful though and did supply a mop at my request. The box spring looks like a crime scene. It’s stained……

“The house is beautiful with nice furniture and a great outdoor space. But most people will want the negatives so here goes. The AC doesn’t keep up and is set at 69 degrees but the temp in the house especially upstairs stayed between 74-77. Too hot for me to sleep. There was construction going on at the house next door so you woke up to that at 8 during the week. Not that big of a deal, minor inconvenience. Here’s the real fun. There is an angry old lady that lives across the street. She clearly……

“Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. ”
