“First the great: Hayley(sp?) at the hotel bar, in the hotel restaurant, “Barristers”. The bar features some eclectic drinks and your mixologist extraordinaire will manifest with flair; she’s a super competent delight. The room and the whole place was clean. Really clean. The restaurant opens at 9:00 a.m. it should sooner. There was a horrible noise in our room and likely others - it sounded like a failing bearing in an air handler. It would/will drive some people insane. A loud screech is……

“I love staying at this hotel when I’m in Charlotte. Just one drawback is that sometimes people make noise. They should inform guest to be quiet after a certain time”

“This house was built in the early 1900s and has all the charm and ambience of stepping into the Biltmore house! Each room was uniquely decorated in Historical antiques. The breakfast served in the morning is served at an early 19th century dining room table with elegance and unbelievable flare! The food was out of this world, and the staff was unbelievably helpful! We will definitely be back! ”

“The house was extremely clean. My only complaint was the coffee pot was broken. Overall, everything else was exceptional. The water pressure was extremely low but that's the city doing not the house. The towels were all brand new. The couch was extremely comfortable with a pull out bed. The tv was massive for entertainment. The wi-fi was pretty legit. The bed were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for a family gathering. ”
