“I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars.
The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a……

“The property is very nice and well situated in town. Breakfast was nice and the bar next door was fun. While I understand it is old and maybe difficult to handle certain aspects, the musty smell and apparent mold in the bathroom was unpleasant. However maybe this isn’t the case in the newer rooms.”

“The rooms were nice and they were clean the only 3 issues were: there are no microwaves in the rooms, you had to go all the way down to the lobby for ice, and the side railings of the bed will KILL your shins so BEWARE!! Great location has a lot of restaurants in the area, shopping within walking distance, and 8 mins from the airport, the staff was extremely friendly, would stay again if we ever go back to Jacksonville.”
