「What I did not like was Staybridge charged me $11.76 more than Expedia quoted. When I called Staybridge to inquire, they told me to contact Expedia who in turn said they needed to contact Staybridge. I also needed to send a photo of the charge on my credit card. Expedia then responded with an email that Staybridge had charged the correct amount. Two hours later I received an email again from Expedia that Staybridge had processed a refund on my credit card. 「Stayed for a quick one-night visit at the Hilton Garden Inn Cambridge and had a great experience overall.
The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, which made everything feel easy and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what was needed for a short stay.
Breakfast was a simple buffet-style setup—nothing over the top, but fresh, quick, and convenient to start the day.
Overall, a solid, reliable stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone...
