“The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. ”

“Is overtime hotel, need maintenance and upgrade. The floor so many noise, hurt neighbors close the door, walking and talking. Toilet knock and shower stand was broken.... But, stuffs is friendly and breakfast is good...”

“Perfect kings room, staff is very helpful and patient even experiencing massive power outage due to the severe storm. Breakfast is very nice and offers good grab and go breakfast.”

“We stayed here as we wanted to be close to Fort William! It was amazing to be the base of Ben Nevis, the room was basic but enough, we had dinner and breakfast at the little restaurant which was good. We got discounted tickets to go on the gondola by staying. Small thing was that there was no extra pillows in room. Otherwise no issues”

“酒店房間有精心布置，很美。👍”

“That is easy to reach the site. Most beautiful of the sea view.”

“房间小。没有电梯。适合不搬大行李。”

“Very special place, we can’t wait to revisit. Lovely, quaint room with lots of storage. Beautiful restaurant and homey pub. Location is simply perfect.”

“The room is big, and it has everything you need for 1 or 2 nights stay. Very close to supermarkets, easy to buy groceries for your trip. However, it is slightly far from the high street. It takes some time to walk to the city centre, especially during rain.”

“在市中心、有自己的停車場，方便停車。”

“The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.”

“Soundproofing - could hear nouse of pun below.”

“Excellent! classic hotel with very beautiful restaurant ”

“Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to……

“The host is very friendly, his recommendation of restaurant is one of the best food we’ve had during our Scotland trip. Breakfast is also very good and nutritious, highly recommend to have breakfast here.”

“On s’est senti comme à la maison. Morven & Simon sont des hôtres et en or.”
