"It is a over 1000 sq ft apartment. Hence, very comfortable in term of space. Also very near to neighborhood stores center."

"Overall okay. Only thing is the master bedroom aircon which takes awhile to fix. Owner very responsive and provided welcome drinks when arrived. The area is good and quite close to shops. Good to have a car though."
