「Such a lovely little boutique hotel! We loved how spacious, modern and inviting the room felt, and the staff was phenomenally helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh foods, and everything was super clean. Easy walk to the old port and lots of restaurant and shopping options. Definitely recommend as a launchpad for your exploration of Crete!」

「Beautiful property right on the harbor. Staff very helpful, good breakfast, close to everything in the old town. Only annoyances were no hair dryer in the small bathroom & the bed was rather hard.」

「Close to the beach & the airport Karteros Hotel is in a great location. It is also 20 mins by bus from the port. WiFi is good, the room is large with lots of plug ports & a good sized bathroom. Breakfast had a wide selection of fruit, salad, hot items, pastries, fruit juice, hot drinks & more. The pool is large but not heated so can be chilly. A lovely one night stay. 」

「Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! So my husband had to supervise me on the stairs. The room was nice but smaller than booked - nowhere to put clothes. The bed...
