「Great staff and excellent food. Clean room as well!」

「The room was perfect except for the fact that the shower was tiny and the entire floor gets wet including the toilet while showering. The bill for one lunch with drinks at the restaurant costed me about as much as a night’s stay. Very expensive!. There should be a smoking room on each floor and the worst part was that the pool closes at 7 pm. That’s extremely inconvenient. After a long day of sightseeing and shopping etc I wanted to go to the pool and relax, have some drinks and a swim but I...

「Very comfortable 」

「The front desk manager was especially helpful and understanding when he arranged for our hotel rooms ahead of the checkin time. The restaurant was excellent with a variety of choices and very helpful staff. Overall, this hotel gave us an excellent experience.」

「Excellent breakfast, convenient location - near Krishna devasthan as well as the Times Square mall The passageway is too dark」

「It’s a good place to stay..amenities yet to come like spa It’s a quiet place if you just want to stay indoors…it’s in a remote place close to beach But far from restaurants and other shopping places」

「With the price … zero Comforts to customers. No change of Bedsheets, no toiletries given, Restro not available, lacks basic amenities.. it had gas stove with no cylinder, no vessels …」

Since we had booked through hotels.com the owner promised to connect with them and provide us with our refund since it is an emergency. We had paid 26460, they withheld 10000 as commision to hotels.com and charged 2 days room rent and...

「Hotel look is good, but need to maintain the amenities and painting is required. Rest all the thinks are good」

「Amazing staff, Pooja and Sachin were really helpful throughout our stay. Good proximity to the temple as well.」

「Had a lovely stay at Illa by the Sea. Everything was great, from the wonderfully helpful staff and really comfortable rooms to the yummy breakfasts. Having the beach practically to yourself is another huge plus, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. It’s also just a 20–30 minute autorickshaw ride from Udupi, making it easy enough to head into town and explore the area. If you’re visiting, the Delta Point, Shri Krishna Temple and the Hanging Bridge backwaters are all...
