"We stayed at Hyatt Place in Lakeland for a dance competition at RP Funding. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. Every staff person I came in contact with was so nice and helpful. And it was great to walk out the door and walk into RP Funding. . "

"Excellent location, clean rooms, great service... my only reason for 4 stars is the walls are so thin. The conference being held on 1st floor let out late in the evening and the people next to us had a party until 2ish and then left the tv on until well after 4am. Will definitely return, but with earplugs! "

"It was super easy to get to. We went after the air show and were great with smiles. Got us our room key and up to the room we went. The room Had everything we possibly need . Next morning i was unaware of what time breakfast was soo in the app I texted the front desk and 5 min later they.let me know the times. Breakfast was okay, waffles were good! Then we went back upstairs packed up and ckecked out.... the easiest stay Ive been on.!"

"Modern homes with lots of space for families with convenient access to theme parks and retail nearby. However, these properties do lack certain maintenance updates. We had some issues with the A/C not staying at the temperature set and showers with warm not hot water on some days. Sheets are a bit scratchy too. Overall, would stay here again but might take that into consideration. "

"Loved the room we got. It was a corner room and had plenty of natural light. Bathroom had a window as well. Room was also very spacious and the layout was nice planned."

"Pretty decent place for the money compared to other places around Lakeland. Older facility, but no issues with the room at all. Pretty large facility, and I may have been the only one staying there. Internet was slow and no real amenities at the hotel. No management or representative in the building between 10 PM and 10 AM. Was a very quiet place to stay."
