「Staff was friendly. They were cat friendly. Hot coffee.」

「I am allergic to feathers and down pillows etc. When I entered the room I had a reaction within 5 minutes. There were 4 of 6 down pillows and both duvet covers that were the culprit. I called the front desk and told the girl of the situation. In less than 10 minutes an employee replaced the pillows and took the duvets, and told me to take a blanket from the closet if needed. Kudo's to the staff for acting quickly to avoid a possible dangerous situation for me. 」
