“I love it all”

“The paint on the bathtub was peeling around the drain and the front edge by the floor. Little specs of that paint were across the carpet in the room. Our server breakfast was very nice, but the potatoes were cold, and when the server told the cook, he seemed to blame it on some other issue in the kitchen. Not impressed for the price.”

“Amazing experience from arrival to departure. Perfect location to n downtown Frederick. Will return and recommend”

“This was a clean and convenient hotel with a full kitchen, stocked with plenty of the necessities to extend your stay. The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa. Breakfast was very good and we had no complaints. 🙂”

“This property was unique as it had a winery right on property with so many activities such as, line dancing. The food and drinks were excellent. The house was impeccable and beautifully decorated. The property is large and beautifully kept. You can tell this is a special property for the owners. Also, the staff was friendly and very attentive , I highly recommend this B&B whether it’s for a romantic getaway or any type of an event.”

“Enjoyed the stay on our road trip. Would recommend”

“This was a very peaceful and cozy place. The downstairs beds were very comfortable, but the rope-sprung beds in the roof-space were somewhat creaky. The historical content and interest were 10/10.”

“Great location for visiting Emmitsburg (5 minutes away from the Moun or Gettysburg. Very clean, so many personal touches made the stay special. Great communication leading up to our stay. Easy clear directions and check in instructions. Comfortable bed and overall fabulous space. Great value for the price. I would absolutely recommend and stay again.”
