I wish the indoor pool was open a little later, but the kids were able to get in an hour of swimming before it closed. The cabin was well stocked with all essentials and was clean and cozy! "Hospitality was EXCEPTIONAL. LOVE that they're pet friendly. Walking trails right on the property where i could walk the dogs. Had dog bowls waiting which was so cool because i had managed to leave their water bowl at home. Comfortable bed/bedding. So... my friend and I stayed in the "White Oak" cabin. The toilet is in the one room downstairs with a curtain for privacy. I wish there was an actual door (not sure it is possible) because anyone in the room hears all bathroom activities and the...

"Stayed in the General Jackson cottage. Room was very clean. The king size bed and jacuzzi were amazing. Had live entertainment at the the pub that night, will be back in the future."

"Lovely neighbourhood. Close to great historic sites, antique stores, bars and fantastic restaurants. Beautiful inn and the staff were very accommodating. The only set back is the lack of security - the front door is 'locked' with a chain lock - no dead bolt."

I found the stay a little awkward in that we entered an open front door, texted the host as instructed and received no response - it felt a little ‘Home Alone’ ish.
