「Our room was not clean, and some parts had clearly not been cleaned or maintained for some time. There were large scuffs/dirt in the main part of the hotel room, spots/stains on the wall above the bathroom trash can, and a Cheeto on the bathroom floor. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower was nearly empty and not labeled. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others based on the cleanliness of the room itself. We've stayed in less expensive hotels with significantly higher...

「The room was extremely musty smelling. The bathroom floor was wet and very humid. I did ask for a different room and they accommodate immediately. The next morning I was trying to check out and the poor young lady was not able. She was new and had to call someone to assist her. I waited for about 45 minutes and finally left. She told me she would check me out. I did get a receipt later on that day around 3pm. Will avoid this hotel when passing through Gulfport.」

「We had a pleasant stay for four night as we were attending a family wedding. Location was great for all our activities and close to great restaurant options. All staff was great however the night we checked in the desk clerk could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. A little disappointed that a continental breakfast was not offered but upon night of arrival Andre was very kind and prepared a nice evening meal for us. Housekeeping on 5th floor was very attentive. One room had no issues...
