“We had a great stay here. The place is kept clean with a friendly desk staff and the room was clean and with good space for a suite. The breakfast was a nice perk and the lobby is with lots of space to relax after checkout and waiting until we left for the airport ”

The person I spoke with on the phone promised a voucher for lunch or dinner at their Soho restaurant, but I received neither when I asked. I was told that the individual I spoke with was neither the manager nor a supervisor, which I believe was a lie. Additionally, there was no water in the room. The breakfast options are very limited and served late. On Saturday, I was told staff shortages caused breakfast not to be……

“After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! There are Target, Whole food market very closed, a Classic Church , An appreciating PItts Public Library beside the hotel, and guess what, Duolingo located around too. Thank you for your warm treatment, Kasa. And touched by visiting Pittsburgh Public Library and Pittsburgh Symphony, Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh City, CMU, PU…..My Love.
