「The hotel overall was nice to stay with breakfast. The location was easy to access between Train station and other famous checkpoints in Luzern by bus. Bus stop is near the hotel which was attractive.」

「The room i booked is small. The washroom is small too. But the staff are polite. 」

「The hotel location is quite good, very easy to get around. The room is spacious, clean and comfort. The breakfast is so good with lots of choice. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.」

「The room is quite small, but it is still nice, tidy, and clean. The location is very convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful.」

「Really gorgeous view for the lakeview room with a balcony, though nice view came along with an uphill road to arrive at the hotel. Probably due to the historical building/regulations, no air-con was provided. But a fan was available in the room.」

「Good」

「The location was easy to access by transport and stop. They don't have reception (self-check in) so if you come earlier put the luggages in a coin's locker or if they are all full, you may try to ask the reception for help at the Hotel de la Paix (just next to the hotel). They have a pantry for opens which having microwaves, coffee/ hot water machine, plates, forks and tea-bags provided.」
