"We are in Cleveland for 43 anniversary and Guardians day. This is is our 3rd stay here and will definitely do it again. The lady that checked us in, Artisia, was above and beyond wonderful! She gave us a beautiful suite overlooking Playhouse Square and we had a chilled bottle of champagne and breakfast tickets waiting for us when we got back from dinner. She is a gem!"

"I enjoy my stay here every time I come to Ohio. I’m a travel nurse and I love staying here.only thing i didn’t like was when I went to my room the hallway had dirty towels and a big trash bag in the hallway. The front desk took care of it immediately. Thanks!!! "

"First of all, every staff member i came in contact with was well above par for customer service. I enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good snd well worth the 10$ a day. The 2 restaurants we went to , Lago and Soro were so good! The view from our room was perfect. The valet parking is nice but if toi dont want to pay the 40$ a day there is a parking garage for 26$ a day. So much to do is in walking distance. I will be back!"

"Nicely affordable, this hotel had remarkable rooms. The lobby was beautiful and private rooms wonderfully appointed. Staff were very friendly. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious with a chef who aims to please and came out to personally check on our meals. Likewise the continental breakfast was the best we saw going across the country."
