「They put us in the wrong room. We paid for a larger room but only in the morning did the receptionist advise us of her mistake.
The room was comfortable and clean but I did slice my finger quite deeply on a broken tile around where a new shower head was installed. It was like a razor and needs to be fixed. We should also get a refund of the difference between the room I booked and the standard roomI received.
It is quiet, bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning works well.」

「If you want a no-frills place to lay your head, then go for it. I felt like my room was half-cleaned/prepared, and then the cleaning staff were called away.... When I started to ask the question, I had a member of the cleaning team attend and ask "so what's wrong with your room". Awkward but fine.... I proceeded to show all the ways it wasn't right/usual
and I got road locked at each point. So the only success I had was that he brought back an unopened toilet roll.... This may make me sound...

「We were delighted to be upgraded to the executive suite on the Saturday night that we stayed. The room was spacious and comfortable and what should have been a great experience was spoiled by a group of inconsiderate noisy guests clomping around at all hours. The hot water wasn’t hot - lukewarm at best. Location was great.」
