"Friendly staff, large comfortable room "

"Planned a trip with friends. Had a little hiccup during registration where my friend didn’t have enough cash for the deposit but they were kind enough to accept however much she had. And on review when I checked out, I found out that they had actually upgraded our booking to a Villa. Loved the ambience. Comfortable beds. Nice cool indoors. Will certainly love to visit again"

"Got some hiccups upon check-in due to earlier made requests were not noticeable and unattended at all. But ended the in charge (I guess) tried her best to solve the issue by letting us to view the rooms before check-in, also prepared a slice of cake as a gesture for my birthday celebration. This is good to ease the unpleasant experience from the first impression. Location is quite good, but better to understand the overnight parking area before check-in. "The hotel staff there were very warm and welcoming. We like the heritage style hotel a lot. Amenities and facilities were limited but enough for us. We had a pleasant stay during our 2 nights in Ipoh. Highly recommend this hotel to all visitors."

"Just stayed one night . The hotel is older but clean and comfortable . The staff were nice . Taiping is a nice little place with a big beautiful park and lots of mountains behind . Good food and chesp"

"Chalet style accommodation. Like living in a small house. Very quiet at certain timing and on weekdays if there are no school holidays. But you will surely wake up before 6 am."

"A basic value for money hotel that is good for short stay. No cleaning or top up service provided during my two nights stay. Door closing in neighbouring rooms and rain can be heard despite no windows in my room but otherwise fine. Two shopping malls of walking distance away with many eateries around. The Indian lady (sorry didn’t get her name) at the reception was very friendly and helpful. "

"Nice small hotel. Staff were friendly, easy to checkin. Room was clean, cozy and aircon was in order. The toilet wall paper not so nicely done as wear off. Once you shower, the whole toilet flood with water. A bit of flies in the toilet, like those you find near banana. Toilet have all the things you need like toothbrush, hairnet, shampoo etc. Room was clean up daily. Breakfast was good. Had Nasi Lemak, roti prata, noodles, bread with jam, coffee/tea, fruits etc. Go anywhere by grab was cheap...

"Nice hotel. Bit away from the centre. So best if you have a car or use taxis. Saying that there is a good food hall next to the hotel. As well as bars and cafes. Together with a near by shopping centre. Staff are super friendly and helpful. So yes I can recommend this hotel. "
