「I wanted to give Urban Isle a 5 star review. However, I am used to having a safe in the room when I travel and this hotel didn't have one. So I had to keep all my valuables with me the whole time as I went out and about. Everything else was excellent. The room was tidy, the air conditioner was working, the food was amazing, the staff were lovely, the location was good, the lift was always working, the view from the roof terrace was cool.」

「The staff was very helpful and would cleen the room was fine expect for the bathroom. Everytime some took a shower it would flood the whole think. The shower was not isolated properly. Also there where some noises at night from the outside part of the AC. They did offer for us to change the room during the end of our stay. The breakfast was a very nice buffet.」

「Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and...
