“Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a stay after a relative was in Grandview icu. I had a severely broken foot at the time as well and was assuming they would be perfect for some relief. No breakfast or access to anything unless you are a platinum gold elite member of their hotel group.”

“Checked in staff was nice. Room had a smell, mold in the bathroom on the walls (Blackmold), mold on the window casing. The TV speakers were broken. Due to the timing the office person offered to move us to another room, which we did. The second room didn’t have mold. Smelled. The outside of the property is nice, the rooms need updating.”

“The front desk staff was wonderful.
The two free drinks were a great bonus. The free dinner was ok, but couldn't eat there two days in a row. Breakfast was ok too, but not a lot of choices.
The room was clean, but we could hear everything going on in the hallway.
Overall we really liked it there. Not perfect, but very nice. I would recommend it.”
