“Our stay was good. We got in really late. Check in was easy at the little window next to the front desk. They had a $50 refundable safety deposit. The room was spacious and clean. Decent size tv. The bed was probably the softest one I've ever slept on (or tried to sleep on). When we laid down, we sank in and to the middle. So we were right on top of each other all night. My husband and I weren't able to get much sleep because we are used to a firm mattress. Somewhere in between, we can do pretty……

“I liked the location, the check in process, and the friendly staff. The patio section could’ve been maintained better. As soon as you walk out of the back door it was a gutter or drainage pipe leaking at it caused some of the patio furniture to be wet. Also, the bar and restaurant was supposed to open at 5 and it was well after 5 before someone came to attend to the bar. We will come back and stay here though. Marking this as a safe place to stay in the area.”

“We were in Hoover for a baseball tournament. The hotel was packed with baseball families, and the staff handled the large numbers very well. The breakfast was great and so was the evening complementary drink time. We would certainly stay again. Great location for what we were in town for. ”
