“The room floor was filthy. The tub was clogged, everything looked outdated and old. The Room was disgusting. ”

“I had a wonderful stay! The experience was great from start to finish. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Everyone made sure we had everything we needed, which really made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“Stayed in a room at the front of the property which we were told by a particularly uninterested member of staff at the reception desk was a quiet room. The hotel us close to a major road and the traffic noise was overpowering. The bli d fitted to window did nothing to external light. Tried to call reception from the room but the phones appeated to be switched off. We cancel our second night and moved elsewhere.”

“We were really surprised upon our arrival to the loft that my husband reserved. I usually make the reservations and we stay in a smaller room. However, he said the price was the same for the room as it was for the loft. Everything was exceptional! We were able to walk down to the river and walk around downtown. The room itself was extremely clean and looked brand new. We had a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, a balcony that overlooked the river and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms.……
