"Located on a main shopping street there was a lot of choice to eat. Easy access to Claudelands exhibition centre. Parking was very limited and incredibly tight. Comfortable room."

Staff needs more training, system needs to be improved. have to show the confirmation email to 2 staff members to confirm and double confirm we have free breakfast included in our booking. Luckily they found us on the list. And Unfortunately When we do the check out, the receptionist wants to charge us again for the breakfast so we have to find the email again to triple confirm it with her."

"When I arrived there was some construction going on in my booked room on the property. So, the reception upgraded me into an executive room because it was there fault. I also had some boxes that I needed to take to Auckland and I did not want to keep them in my car while visiting customers in Hamilton. So, I asked the reception to keep those big boxes with them for two days until I leave the Motel on Friday. They allowed me to do that. Excellent customer service."
