“Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Dislike- Baggage cart has 2 flat tires. All 4 need to be replaced. Hard to push for elderly. I'm on Oxygen 24/7. Dust balls hanging from ceiling. Caused by the heating and cooling unit. Not good with respiratory problems. Talking to manager they only due thorough cleaning once a month. This should be part of daily cleaning, look up. Phone did not work. If I needed help with my breathing. I could not call front desk or 911. More unhappy than happy with our one……

“The staff is always nice and helpful. The rooms are perfect for our family. The Cookhouse is an easy place to eat. The food is great and only about 100 feet from the furthest cabin door. Love the sitting areas and the trail around the property. Close enough to Park Rapids if you need major stores! We love this place.”

“Excellent food and service! Excellent property full resort. Will come back for sure!”

“A mistake due to false advertising occurred and absolutely no response from you at all. Never again can you be trusted and I will never encourage others to deal with you”
