“Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. “Fantastic hotel beautiful furnishings through out including the bedroom with top of the range toiletries and excellent shower … All staff were very friendly and helpful especially the gentleman at the front of house .. Will be back .”

“Pros: close to train station and restaurants, great breakfast (semi-buffet), value for money Cons: room is a but dusty, and some rooms are located in between 2 floors so you need to climb a few steps with your luggage, rmb to send a note to the hotel if you carry heavy luggage to avoid such rooms.”

“The staff were efficient, welcoming and happy to help. We wanted a cheap & functional room and that’s what we got with a bonus of a fan.
