“Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check……

“I was originally booked into a room in the building across the road - but on arrival, I was given an upgrade to a very nice double ensuite room in the main hotel. Some online reviews said it was noisy because there are a lot of bars nearby - but I didn't find it noisy at all. The staff are very kind and friendly. The romm was clean and comfortable. There is no lift - which may be a consideration for some. It has free parking behind the hotel - which, for me, was a big plus as parking around……
