“ Perfect place and room! A little bit noisy form outside AC or engines . ”

“The street noise was very loud, and there were ants in the room. It is an expensive room for bad sleep and ants crawling on your toothbrush!”

“A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. ”

“The customer service for questions was incredible, quick to answer each time and always pleasant”

“We liked how easy it was to walk to the beach! And the email communication was very helpful, full of details that covered everything we needed to know. ”

“Good communication ”

“The location is perfect for walking to food and shopping. The house was well stocked and there was beach furniture and boogie boards in the laundry room which was nice.”

“This place is a pure gem!!! We had plenty of space and the location is amazing! We will be back!”

“Awesome location and great space for our family! ”
