"Older hotel with very small rooms. The staff was a mix with some pleasant and some others unhelpful (when asked to call taxi, one of them refused to help us and even stopped another staff who was willing to help us)."

I carelessly parked at a Monthly parking space and he helped me to call the car park company and solve the possible penalty problem. "Super convenient for first time visitors. Right across from Morioka station with lots of dining options and shopping. Catching the dendenmushi loop bus from the station made seeing the main sites comfortable when the weather was too hot to walk."
