“Didn’t use any of services ”

“So obviously they have been remodeling. The new updated flooring looks so much better. The room we had ; had an old shower with mold. Definitely need to replace the showers! The tub in my room was AWESOME! I loved the lake view . Although during our stay our privacy “fence” broke so we really couldn’t enjoy it the next day. But they did send maintenance pretty fast to fix . Which was great! TVs are small, maybe a little update on TVs too! Staff was nice and friendly. Although they shouldn’t……

“I reserved a room with two beds for our family and a week before they moved the 3 of us to one king bed and made me purchase an extra room. One of our rooms was never serviced by housekeeping and the front desk does not answer the phone nor is a GM available. Our shower was a trickle of water in one of the rooms. The location however is super which is no doubt why we were treated this way at a Marriott property.”

“This hotel was clean and.conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The valet service made parking a breeze and the employees there were great— shout out to Owen who gave us directions and always had a smile on his face. ”

“The parking was easy, and directions were good. I enjoyed this stay. The rooms were well restored, clean and comfortable. I would totally stay here again!”

“The breakfast that was served was always well stocked and the hot food was replenished regularly. During my stay from April 4-9, the woman in charge of the breakfast area was extremely nice and personable.”

“It was a busy day when we checked in at 3:15, many rooms were not ready. We received a room and when we went to it, the door was open and the room was not fully cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. We inquired with the front and it took about 15-20 minutes before they sent someone to finish the room. After this situation, everything else was okay. ”
