"I like the long-term parking option, and I have used it on several trips now when flying for KC. I don't like the confusion caused by there being more than one airport Sheraton. There also needs to be a poster or something at the airport with the number for the shuttle service."

"The hotel is just off I-70 on the KU Campus. It seems relatively new, and is very clean, quiet and accommodating. The desk clerk did an excellent job of calmly handling an impending tornado warning and getting all of the guests into the tornado shelter room. "

"The suite was very clean, well stocked with towels. The staff was very helpful when we had an issue with our room key. The property over all is very well maintained inside and outside. We plan to return next year."

"We liked that the hotel was so close to the airport but didn't get a lot of airport noise. A nice place to stay before leaving on a trip. We should have left our vehicle here as the parking at the hotel was a lot more expensive."

"Great, for the price or not! Wonderful location, easy off & on the highway. Plenty of restaurant options very close by. The area felt safe. Friendly, accommodating staff. Comfortable bed with clean, crisp linens. Happy hour with 2 complimentary drinks (who does that any more). Plentiful breakfast Overall, a real gem."

"I'm not sure if this is a newly built hotel or a newly remodeled hotel. It looks like a newly built property. For a mid-range hotel, this Country Inn & Suites is an excellent choice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our front desk clerk, Jeremy, is meritorious at his job. I appreciated his enthusiasm, his welcoming smile, and friendliness, He is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to meet the guests' needs. The property is well-appointed and clean. I love the in-room microwave...
