「Great location, easy walk for breakfast and dinner」

「The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable.」

「We needed more towels and wash cloths in our room. Probably could have just asked for more but if you book a room for 4 people, looks like they would have enough in the room for 4 people to take a shower. Not a big deal though. Shower was nice and big with good water pressure. Handle on bathroom door was loose and door was heavy(sliding door) making it hard to open or close」

「Properly grounds and staff were beautiful. The only issue was the hot water it took a long time to get hot and it didn’t get very hot. The towels and bed linen were soft and comfortable for showering and sleeping. I was in a suite and I would stay again in that exact same room,」

「Michael was a great help, I guess the room key creator was not working. Michael walked us up to the room, then when the system came back up, he brought us our room keys. This room was on the 6th floor. Thank you again Michael! Excellent service!」

「The thermostat did not allow us to drop temp lower than 74 degrees. We finally had the owner unlock the thermostat so we could drop it lower. We were unable to take a hot shower since tho hot water in the shower was broken. They did not have other basic essentials that most other places we stayed have. 」

「The space was perfect for our family to come together and cook! The rooms were clean and spacious: the front family room and game room gave us space to fellowship. The kitchen was my favorite so big and had almost everything we needed. The code wouldn’t work when we arrived but we called and they were quick to help. Many close by stores for supplies. We plan to bring our kids in July we hope to book this house again 」
