"Great hotel"

"Poor management or communication within hotel. Called 5x regarding missing items and had no phone call back regarding if it was found or not. Had to pay to park in hotel lot, parked and car was broken into overnight. Was told 2 different things from employees. No help was given regarding the theft and no follow up from hotel. They just continued to note that it was not “on them”. Still have not received a phone call regarding issues "

"Staff was okay, a lot of the channels on the TV in the room I had did not work"

"Room was amazing - clean, quiet, comfortable, updated - one of the best I've stayed in yet! Unfortunately, the breakfast brought down the rating - it was so disappointing and quite frankly, awful. The eggs were cold and rubbery, and someone added salt and pepper when cooking - that's a problem. There were no other protein options, besides a tiny slice of ham, and no fresh fruit besides old bananas and apples. "

"Everything about our stay was great. The staff from the front desk to the house creepers were awesome. Our vallet service was top notch. "
