「So I had a problem and they were able to resolve it however, I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy the amenities such as the pool or the restaurants due to being a short distance of time, but they were very good with communicating and resolving my issue of my problem. Everything looks very clean. Everything looked very nice. I just wish I had more time to enjoy it.」

「It felt and sounded like it was poorly constructed --lots of noise from above, the hall, and adjoining rooms. There was a noisy kid or two running up and down as well as a large dog barking inside. The cheap vinyl tile floors were pealing up (the desk clerk notified us of that and said a discount would be offered if the floors were a problem). The shower was cheap and had a slippery floor. The room was big and sufficiently stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The price was reasonable....

「Recently updated everything felt new and clean. We had a King on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. There was a separate bedroom with a separate thermostat for the bedroom and the living area, something not often found in similar hotels. The room was super spacious with a well appointed kitchen area including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The rate for this room was very reasonable and worth every dime.
