「My stay at this property was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Two major issues made the experience unacceptable and neither the hotel nor Expedia handled the situation professionally. First, on the very first night, I was kept awake by a dog barking at an indecent hour (11:30pm). I contacted reception twice, only to be told the dog had been left unattended, despite the hotel’s own policy clearly stating that animals must not be left alone. 「Freezer was not working. Staff behaviour is really good. But I have faced problem with the driver who is the hotel's driver. On 23rd afternoon after reaching holy water , unfortunately I met with an accident, my ankle got swelled with pain.
