"Great hotel in a beautiful, historic building. Very clean. Because we booked through Expedia, we weren't allowed to have the breakfast that was being served. If you're paying to stay at a hotel that serves complimentary breakfast, why should you be excluded simply because you didn't book direct?"

The last time a stayed, about a month ago, I thought it was odd that Housekeeing knocked on my door at 9am when check out is at noon. Not only did they knock on my door, they tried the door handle several times. This time I stayed I made double sure I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Once again, 9:30 in the morning Housekeeping starts knocking on my door and...

"Close to the beach and downtown. Will stay here again. Only minor thing was no access to ice nor a freezer but it is a B&B. Breakfast was convenient and good. Everyone we interacted with were great. Convenience store is near property. We heard another couples concern that their room was dark and chilly in the main house. We chose the Biltmore room in the guest house and it was great."
