“My stay at Tropic Nook started on a bad note because the address was not properly displayed on Expedia. After few call, I reached Donna who quickly found solutions. It turns out I was her first guest to book through Expedia. When I got there, I could feel Donna was genuinely sorry. She left a thoughtful excuse note under my room’s door.
