“The room was very clean. My daughter loved the pool. Hot tub was nice as well. Breakfast was beyond delicious. We will be staying here again”

“Everything was going great until we left to enjoy the area for a couple hours. Cleaning staff, kids yelling and a bunch of clanking going on apparently was stressing my shih-tzus. They did start barking. I was called and told there had been multiple complaints about their barking. This is a pet friendly hotel, and others dogs were barking during our stay. I do believe one guest probably complained a couple times, enough to take your fifth star away. My fun was cut short, and I ended up staying……

“A good photographer took pictures of this property. Inn NOT like the great photos. Room dirty. Towels stained. Gas fireplace with flame so low you could barely see it and should never be called a fireplace room. And deluxe king? Please. The property is full of weeds and unmowed. There are so many pretty places to stay all right there, getting this place was a complete mistake. It is old and stucco falling off the back of the building. Owner obviously doesn't care if anyone comes back. Dumpy in……

“Food’s on you For my 80th birthday, we decided to splurge and stay in a suite at Chetola resort from Monday to Friday. When booking, we were warned that the restaurant would not open until Thursday – the birthday - and made a reservation for that night. The concierge said that “bar food”, such as hamburgers, would be available all the other nights, and breakfast, while not included, every morning. Not true. No bar food the night we arrived or any other night, although the desk personnel didn’t……
