「We have stayed at this hotel several times and I have given 5 stars in the past. This recent stay we have noticed items which are need of repair or replacement such as the mattresses in our room. 」

「I liked the swimming pool, since there’s warm water and it has an indoor and outdoor pool, both are warm, the view is very nice and location is convenient. But in the hotel there’s no housekeeping to clean, you need to call and request for service.」

「There was hotel construction happening. We could not even hear the reception staff. 」

「Residence Inn Downtown Providence is located in a great part of town. So easy to walk around to many great places from there. The room is designed very nicely with full size fridge and microwave, it has an electric stove and dishwasher and nice sized sink. It’s so comfortable. I slept in the pull out and it was super cozy. Very accommodating for 2-4 people. Loved this room. And super clean. 」

「The hotel is clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious. Free parking and very affordable prices. It's just that the room is a bit too simple and there are no windows for ventilation. The room is a bit decorated.」
