"I picked this hotel because supposedly it was recently renovated I don’t know how it looked before so can’t tell if it was or not. I will say hotel was clean and quiet it has Wenceslas Square attached to the name but in my opinion not that close to the square. I wish they provided small wash cloths/ towels to take bath with and water pressure was really low otherwise good hotel and would stay there again"

"This was a great place to stay in Prague. My husband and I opted for a 2 bedroom suite (we both snore) and the rooms were large, comfortable and very, very clean. While I noticed that the property lists as having no elevator, it definitely does. We were on the 6th floor! We opted for the breakfast option and the food was fresh and there were lots of options with some changes each morning to keep it all new. The key thing to know is that there really is no front line staff. When you book you will get an email instructing you to fill out a check-in form. Afterwards, you will go back into the check-in form and you will see that they have issued you a PIN number the day you are arriving and you use this code at the front door and for your room. If you have trouble with the front door keypad, there is a button to press. We found that the "1" button sometimes did not work the first time you press it. You have to hear a "beep" to know that it worked. Otherwise, it was great."

"I found the property Luma Terra Prague to be a well maintained , well organized establishment ,and exceptionally run by its management. During my recent stay, it gave me sufficient time to really appreciate the quality of product that was being offered in spite of its status in low budget category. I enjoyed the professionalism of the personnel, the courtesy of the staff at large, and the overall warmth of their welcome. On the downside, the exterior of the building is so plain, so invisible that one could easily pass it by without even noticing its existence. On my check-in day, I went by it twice without seeing it. But altogether I would highly recommend this place to stay without any hesitation, and would even be prepared to book again in the event of another visit to Prague. Lindsay."
