"Zingkham was the best hotel experience in my 15 days Bhutan trip. The view of Punakha Dzong from the room balcony was a beautiful sight. The restaurant served a fantastic breakfast and we ate a delicious ala carte lunch and dinner. The warm and welcoming staff deserve a special mention. Room and room facilities are fantastic will certainly stay again at same property for a longer time on my next visit."

"The Hotel Football does not exist. Now the name is Hotel Food Ball and owner also changed. They neither received any booking nor payment which I made. Condition of room, staff service, reception, etc were terrible. Expedia should take necessary action asap. Otherwise, traveller will suffer."

"unique is in heart of the city. and disappointing is that unreasonable charge for breakfast and laundry. sometimes, if the guest number are less, they take the buffet charge but the service they provide as alakart. every time u have to ask for food as if u become tired off asking. weardrob having bad smell, the comode they provide it shakes. it's a bad experienced in this hotel."

"Tourist friendly, excellent service, awesome food. Ultra clean. We reached the property very late by 9.30 pm. All were literally waiting for us, hot food and heated rooms. Location is also good , overlooking the big Buddha statue. Owner himself was there to look after the guests. It is on a cliff. Sufficient car parking. "
