“Good place for family ”

“There were prior guest clothes hung up in the bathroom. The chairs were heavily stained. There were stains of red liquid on the wallpaper. The shower only has cold water. There was no conditioner in the dispenser. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to condition of the room. ”

“everything in the description and pictures are a lie. and it stinks. tried to get refund because i left without finishing my stay. Cant get anyone on phone. they can keep my money. thats how bad it was. ”

“We only booked Harrah's for the nice hotel room. We did not enter the casino. The hotel room we had was amazing---clean and comfortable. We slept well and it was nice that there were two restaurants on site (one very expensive and one not so expensive). We enjoyed the food in the restaurant in which we ate. We only have one caution. The bathtub and the tile in the bathtub were extremely slippery and felt quite dangerous. I was glad ther was a grab bar in the shower. It might be a good……

“Thought breakfast menu was pricey. $75 for our kenneled 15 pound dog was way too expensive. We won’t stay there without dog again because of the cost.”

“Beautiful property. Ended up having a miscommunication with shuttle driver and walked to chi center. It was a nice walk there so did not shuttle back instead we walked back. Enjoyed our stay”
