"Front desk Staff was very helpful and professional and accommodating with our service dog, they made sure we were on a lower floor for convenience and that means a lot when you have a service animal. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Will look into staying with this company again "

"Wonderfully arranged room to give as much of a home feel and comfort as possible. Fantastic shower was relaxing as was the bed. Included breakfast was welcome and a fully filling meal with all sorts of yummy options. "

"We have stayed here before, but this trip was disappointing. Numerous times we waited for staff to respond because they were often preoccupied with their phones. There is a resort fee, but no pool, minimal equipment workout facility and now they have removed complimentary coffee from the hotel and casino. We will being trying a new place when we return next year."
