"The hotel is in close proximity to the train station. Our room was small but comfortable, It's relatively new and clean, the bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet.. The common areas are well lit and tidy. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with a lot of choices. The front desk staff were quite helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. "The hotel is a little dated but it’s clean, conveniently located near the cruise port and the staff are great. They were able to arrange taxis for our group of 8 to the cruise port and allowed us to store our luggage on-site while we waited for our noon checkin for our cruise. The lady who works in the dining room for breakfast was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure the teenagers travelling with us got something they liked and that that my 70 year old mother could find the coffee...

"This is a lovely inn, situated right in the centre of Ravenna. It is within walking distance to most of the major mosaics sites and is also close to Dante’s tomb. The room is itself was grand, with high wood-beamed ceilings, a stunning hand-blown glass chandelier, and restored 14th-century frescoes on the walls. The included breakfast was good and the staff were wonderful, very helpful and very professional. "

"I really like this hotel, the staff are exceptionally friendly and speak fluent English and overall the hotel has a really nice feel. I've stayed a couple of times as a stop over and would highly recommend. Parking is in a secure car park accessed via a barrier. The hotel is also pet friendly and has a great breakfast. Would be nice to have cups in the room instead of paper cups though! This is a really nice 3 star hotel and deserves a 5 star review. Grazie "

Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. "Located by the port, across from the train station, and a block away from Theoderic’s Tomb the hotel offers easy access to a very walkable city. You are no more then 20ish minutes from the city centre and all of the sites it offers. Highly recommend the top floor suites which have amazing light in the morning."

The cabs in this area are ridiculus in price $30 to $80 to go to cruise port for a 5 to 15 minute drive. When you walk from this hotel it will cost you a $1 per peson to ride the ferry across and then embark on your cruise! The hotel isn't fancy. The buffet breakfast included was nice. "It was hot in my room the only thing working with the ceiling fan I went to the desk and they told me that they already shut the AC system off because it was off season controlling how a customer feels in the room I don't think it's cool"
