「Good」

「I like Sit check in,took suitcase to the room, and staff is very nice to help you, very quit place, very different from east Side of the island,I like it very much, hope will come back soon」

「The staff offered very detailed introduction of the tourist spots on the island upon check in. Welcome drink is served with warm welcome. There are items for snorkeling for borrowing free of charge, including life saving jacket, snorkel, fins, beach mat, etc. Towels, bags and sandals can also be brought out of the hotel for use. The breakfast include food on demand and semi buffet. The location is convenient from the pier, beaches and restaurants by walking, riding motorcycle or by taxi.」

「The staff — especially one outstanding front desk employee named Mat — genuinely saved this stay. She went above and beyond throughout my 5 days, and honestly the hotel doesn't deserve her. The property itself is clean and well-maintained compared to many others in the area. However, the issues were significant. 「Good location.」

「This hotel still well maintained and just needs a more present lidership to shine again. Great location, friendly staff (some were great!). Little details need attention, like employees with their cell, weared out lifevests, old towels, and so.」
